Our Approach

Our guests' safety is our top priority. One of the best ways to accomplish this is through vaccination requirements, which helps limit the spread of contagious diseases.

For dogs, we require an up-to-date Rabies Vaccine, Distemper/Parvo Vaccine, Bordetella Vaccine (within 6 months), Influenza Vaccine, and negative stool sample (within 6 months).

For cats, we require an up-to-date Rabies Vaccine, Distemper Vaccine, and negative stool sample (within 6 months).

Check-in: Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. Saturday, 9am to 12pm.

Check-out: Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. Saturday, 9am to 12pm. Sunday, 4pm to 6pm. After 12pm, additional charges may apply.

Our dedicated staff arrives early in the morning and often stays late into the evening. That said, they do not stay overnight unless an impending weather event (such as a snowstorm) is forecast.

We have all of the comforts of home right here at the Farmhouse, but you are always welcome to bring a few goodies along for the ride! You may consider bringing a blanket or a favorite toy, as well as your pet's food (otherwise, we can provide it for a small fee). Please note that all belongings may get lost or damaged.

We're attached and run by the same people at Brook Farm Veterinary Center, an AAHA-accredited hospital with an on-site medical team.

Absolutely! Since all of our care is 1:1, all pets play solo rather than together. Our only requirement is that they are friendly toward humans. For pets who are especially fearful or aggressive, we suggest the Pawsidential Suite for private service.

From nail trims to ear cleanings and baths, we've got your pet covered! That said, we don't currently offer full-service grooming.
